Antonia Lofaso
Chef Antonia Lofaso's culinary creations are an invitation to explore deeper into the depths of her interior world. She began to be interested in food after moving from the suburbs of Long Island to the diverse cultures that is Los Angeles. Cavatelli and Carnitas can be found to live in harmony in the menus, an idea that has developed over many years. However, what is consistent with her food is an unifying view of the future while achingly recollecting the past. Motivated by her American-born Italian heritage, Lofaso established Scopa Italian Roots in 2013 which was immediately well received. Lofaso's old-school Italian rendition is widely regarded as to be one among Los Angeles' most captivating dining establishments. The customers have described Scopa as an indispensable local institution where Lofaso regularly offers food that is authentic and undeniably satiating. Lofaso studied under the best chefs to master their methods. But she didn't hesitate making bold choices to honour her instincts. She was in close contact with many celebrities and rose rapidly through the ranks in Wolfgang Puck's Spago. In the year 2011, Lofaso worked along with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi to open Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. The Lofaso is now settling in Black Market, and through her partnerships she has created. The partnership would allow for the creative freedom Lofaso desired. Black Market is not constrained by a single direction, and that's the goal. The course will begin with dill-flavored potato chips, Shishito peppers, and continue with Korean wings. What binds this diverse variety of tastes is Antonia. Lofaso evaluates her achievements over the course of her career based on her natural ability to get to know her audience well and be true to her personality. She's been on of numerous television shows such as Top Chef Chicago, Top Chef: All Stars and Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child on The Food Network and ABC's Real O'neals. Her talents continue to be recognized as a judge for the CNBC's Restaurant Startup. Lofaso has teamed up together with Penguin Publishing to create The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 Recipes for quick, Delicious, Home Cooked Meals. In this publication, she describes her life as a mother and a pupil of her school, the French Culinary Institute. Lofaso says that her passion to cook is the main factor behind her success. She is always at the forefront of her field through keeping a keen to the latest trends and fashions. With her Chefletics brand, she's changing the look of her field by redesigning clothes for the kitchen that are stylish as well as functionality.
